Not attracted to husband=Refusal to get close to him again

Well, I am divorcing also but I think that with many many couples...infidelity can successfully be over come. I really do.

LD, please don't defend yourself as it would completely derail this thread, on such an interesting topic.

 

I felt as a previous poster did for a while (can't remember who it was since I didn't quote them) and the sex was great initially and then I just cut it off cold as the thought of him kissing me with the lips he kissed her with was too disgusting.

 

It wasn't until I let go of past resentments that I allowed myself (and him) the pleasure of just kissing again (you can have sex without kissing, lol).

 

Forgiveness and acceptance will come in handy throughout a marriage, so be glad to have experience with them now. :) Falling in and out of love with a long-term partner is very common.
