RuinedMyLife Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 How do you cope and start to move on when you know it is your actions / lack of actions that caused the break up?? When everything was so perfect one minute and ruined the next all because of something you said? When your ex boyfriend /best friend loved you so much one minute and then hates you the next because of something you said and can't forgive you?

When your ex boyfriend /best friend loved you so much one minute and then hates you the next because of something you said and can't forgive you? Gah, I feel your pain My actions caused my ex-girlfriend of a year and a half to dump me. Now she hates relationships and is just a different person now. I tried everything. Being her friend, apologies, NOTHING WORKED. If you have been contacted him, stop. Go on NC. Try getting your mind off of the past and your regrets. It will only bring you down. If you have something to say, vent on this website. That's what I've been doing and it's working very well Good luck to you
Author RuinedMyLife Posted July 9, 2010 Author Posted July 9, 2010 Thanks for the support. Means a lot. What happened all feels so trivial in some ways but looking back I can understand how deeply it must have hurt him. I just over reacted to a sexual act and I suppose what I said must have sounded controlling at the time. I really didn't mean it to. I'd do anything to take back what I said/ how I acted.
