One is a girl, about 23 or so. she is solid and dependable, and seldom slips up. The other is a guy, about 30. He always produces high quality work, and he always gets praise on that from our manager. he is articulate and he thinks outside the box and lot and is proactive. I reckon both of them are in line for promotion, and a big one too. but I don't produce as well, and it hurts me. My dad told me recently that everybody is a winner and a loser in something, and nobody excels in all things. should i accept others have the edge here, be a man and move on?
You'reasian Posted July 11, 2010 Posted July 11, 2010 about three years. Assuming you've been doing this work for a full three years, it may be time for some internal examination. Why you aren't doing well? etc. Think this through and come up with a plan to become productive.
