I think you should read some threads in the OM/OW forum.

Don't let this guy turn you into his OW (I'm certainly not saying this as a judgement on OM/OW) I'm saying this because that situation causes so much hurt.

 

As painful as it is, I think you need to just tell yourself that he made his choice - it's her, not you

You're still young, and you're going to meet plenty of other people to choose from.

 

Don't let this guy marry her and then come to you for whatever is missing in his life.

 

Ignore his message, delete him from your contact list, and find someone better.
