I really like this guy and I want to invite him to a festival (coffee and food) with myself and a few friends but I need a good excuse to text instead of 'Keep -- free because you are coming to -- festival with me!' I was going to ask him something regarding my job (my boss is ripping me off) because I've just started and he works in a cafe like me (he's a manager) but I don't know how to approach him. Any suggestions would be great! I don't want to seem as though I'm TOO interested in him or he'll lose interest because I know he likes it when a girl ignores him. He doesn't contact me for that reason but I have to do something! By the way the festival is in 4 weeks time! It's such a long way away, I want to see him! I think about him every day. I'm just afraid that he might reject me. He teases me and pushes me playfully and people think we are a couple so I think he could be interested, he just has funny ways of showing it. What have I got to lose!?

Thanks heaps!

A lot could happen in 4 weeks. Just wait til a few days before.

And damn, you sound very desperate and needy.

And since when do you need an excuse or a reason to invite someone out...

I thought this festival was the reason/excuse.

That's all you need.

Another female asking how to be manipulative, imagine that.

And would you want to be with a guy that likes when girls ignore him ?

Let me guess, you are young, and you think hes hot, and you dont really have a care in the world about how he acts.

Ugh I'm so sick of people being mean to others on here.

Cupcake, I think you need to be careful. Planning something 4 weeks ahead of time might come across as needy. Take a step back and try to focus on other things in your life. I doubt he's going anywhere. Remember, life is not a race, it's a marathon. PACE YOURSELF.

When the festival comes around then consider inviting him. Don't plan things - that never works.

This is not healthy. Getting enjoyment out of being disrespected is the trait of a beta male, as some would say. Lol

Exactly.

It sounds like you guys will end up having a great relationship based on ignoring each other.

What is up with guys who like girls that are super high maintenance and disrespectful? Do they ever grow out of that or are they just doomed for bad relationships? It's bizarre to me.
