There's no definitive answer to your question. It's different for every person and every couple. However, it is not healthy if the partners have widely differing ideas about the frequency...whatever that may be.

3 times a week is acceptable as long as it isn't a rule that shoots down spontaneous moments.

Enough sex is when neither of you get frustrated from having too little, or end up with a groin injury from too much.
