joey66 Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 Mostly I'm better. But I still have days, like today, when it hurts a little more than I can stand. So I have a couple of drinks and feel sorry for myself. Tonight on public TV in the US (at my house at least) is Sarah McLachlan live. There is another current thread called "Moving on songs." Sarah performs what I'd call "Anti-moving on songs." Sigh.
Ronni_W Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 Hugs, joey. I hope you'll feel better/stronger tomorrow. (Is "the sun will come out tomorrow," a moving on song?) Sarah performs what I'd call "Anti-moving on songs." If it helps any, you made me smile
Shakz Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 Ah, Joey, Sarah doesn't sing about not moving on, she sings about hope. Hope in failure, hope in success, hope in antipathy. Find your hope, Joey, and Sarah will sing you to freedom.
lolapalooza Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 (edited) Aren't you still married? I love how you always leave out that part when you come here to cry about your OW. The person I feel sorry for is your wife. Maybe she's listening to Sarah for a reason. Edited June 27, 2010 by lolapalooza
