guy.lepage Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 My direct supervisor is a female and I must say she's really hot. She was on mat leave so I know she's married with a kid. We were both working late and to my surprise, she came over and asked whether I'd have dinner with her. She's my boss so I didn't think twice and tagged along. Long story short, on that night we were out until 2 am. We repeated a couple of months later and we often talk about what restaurant we want to check out. Now, I know in the business world women are supposed to be perceived just like the other guys. I know I wouldn't think much of this if my male boss took me out and we got pissed drunk. But the fact that my boss is female and she's quite physically attractive is making this situation really weird. We even talked about our taste for porn so you can imagine how the conversation evolved. Again, if it were a male colleague, we'd be talking about women all the time. I suppose I'm not the only one who works for a manager of the opposite sex. How do you deal with this kind of situation?

I remembered I had bills to pay, and then all of a sudden, I thought clearly again. Yes, the temptation is grand, but the paycheck is more important in the end. And of course, it's always nice to steer clear of that sexual harassment suit.
