marsle85 Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 I'm not really sure why Yamaha thinks it's selfish... there are plenty of children who would absolutely benefit from being adopted. Furthermore, I think she was implying she would use a sperm-bank... it's assumed the father wouldn't have rights concerning the child. But to me, it sounds like the OP is more concerned with being single, than whether or not she wants to have a child. Don't bring a child into this world because lack of a romantic partner. Bring a child into the world because you want to love, support and guide a child... Nothing in your OP mentioned any of the above, which concerns me.
