are we more than friends....is she going to hook up with me, or is she a tease?

ok so i met this girl last year and we hit it off as friends, but she had a boyfriend, come february they break up and we start hanging out, doing dinners,clubs all that fun stuff. We end up making out a few times and she spends the night in my bed 3 or 4 times but we never have sex, she says she only sleeps with guys she's dating and being 1 month removed from a LTR she isn't looking for a boyfriend.

 

Anyways, I move on, but don't tell her, and get caught lying about it and we stop talking for a month, then she comes back and says nobody makes her smile like me and she wants me back in her life. So I'm back now and she going to vegas next week with her girlfriends for 4 days, and after her 4 days with them, Im meeting her there for 3 more days....alone. I know in the past she said she didn't want to date me but i think that was more bc of her just getting out of a relationship, spending 3 days alone in vegas w/a guy you've made out with and are clearly attracted to....is this normal?

 

Also, the other night this girl who she's kinda jealous of, wrote on my wall on facebook and while we were talking on the phone she said," you need to tell jen to back off, i know we're not dating, but she needs to back off"....she gets jealous of other girls talking to me but never lets our situation go further than making out.....is vegas going to be it, is this where i finally get her to give in? or am i getting my hopes up for nothing
