I say go for it though because we need more intermixing couples. -Be prepared for awkward stares, snickering and snide remarks when you decide to pursue interracial relations. -Many will say that interracial dating is 'commonplace' when it really isn't. The trend for it is rising but its still considered a minority niche. -Many people will support it but those same people do not want it happening to their kids, themselves or close relatives/friends. What's that trying to say? -There are not a lot of liberal minded people, they may act it but feel very different to what they say.

My daughter and her fiance (a very handsome young black man) and I were at a Costco waiting in line at the checkstand. We couldn't help but notice the sour pussed old white guy glaring at our happy little group. The thoughts going through his ugly mind were unmistakable. I leaned over, looked the old racist prick right in the eye, and put my arm around my soon to be son-in-law's shoulders and said, "Did you find everything you were looking for son?" and gave him a motherly hug. The old b'tard's face turned red and he started sputtering to his wife, who looked positively moritifed. Poor woman to have to live with such a hate filled jackass. OP, do what you want. Screw the haters. Do you want to live your life, or do you want to allow others to live it for you?
