Green Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 Just something I've noticed for myself but when I let my hair grow long I do seem to get A LOT of posotive attention from women. Like women just seem to remember me better (like women at the mall or supermarket being like "HEY I REMEMBER YOU" or "HI" in a way that shows they remember) Plus when you have long hair women will just look for excuses to come and talk to you about it, heck they even touch it. Feels good to have my gf run her hands through my long hair. So my DATING advice... LET YOUR HAIR GROW LONG MEN
ADF Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 Hehehe. Thanks for the advice. There only two problems: 1) I don't have that much hair anymore. 2) I actually did have long hair in my 20s. I never noticed that it brought any extra attention from women. However, it was a royal pain to take care of.
norajane Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 I'm glad it works for you, but I cannot even begin to tell you how much I loathe, hate and despise long hair on men. Unless they are Native Americans. That is all.
Woggle Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 If I didn't work in the corporate world I would grow my hair long.
Lakeside_runner Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 Well, Sir, it's gonna be the first time I'll allow myself to disagree with you... As far as I recall - A LOT - of the ladies find long hair to be a turn-off. It may be useful to make the 'first contact' but it doesn't go beyond "Hey? Which conditioner do you use - your hair soooo soft...".

Feelin Frisky Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 *facedesk*...It really depends on the guy. That it does. I think Sergio looks like and effen retard. But some fellas looks are enhanced by hair that's a little long. Say, like Keith Urban looks good with his length hair and definitely more hip than one of those jackases with the cowboy hats who roughly play the same kind of music.

Author Green Posted June 22, 2010 Author Posted June 22, 2010 Blech. Hate long hair on guys. Hates a strong emotion. I'll take that... better then indifference
kiss_andmakeup Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 Hates a strong emotion. I'll take that... better then indifference I would say I'm generally indifferent about a guy's hair unless it's long in which case I hate it.
Author Green Posted June 22, 2010 Author Posted June 22, 2010 I would say I'm generally indifferent about a guy's hair unless it's long in which case I hate it. As I said I'd gladly take a womans HATE over INDIFFERENCE after all being remembered is half the battle.
Author Green Posted June 22, 2010 Author Posted June 22, 2010 I just wanted to make it clear this is the kind of hair I have and I would consider this about the longest I would let it get http://l.yimg.com/eb/ymv/us/img/hv/photo/movie_pix/lions_gate_films/may/_group_photos/angela_bettis2.jpg So to clear up any confusions this is what I mean by long... NOT THIS http://desirabelles.files.wordpress.com/2008/10/fabio-long-hair.jpg

Chicago_Guy Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 Maybe some immature or young girls would like long hair on a guy. However, professional-type women usually seem to think that guys with long hair are greaseballs and/or losers.
Author Green Posted June 22, 2010 Author Posted June 22, 2010 That does not look good...and the curls just make it worse... Curly hair is where its at. Maybe some immature or young girls would like long hair on a guy. However, professional-type women usually seem to think that guys with long hair are greaseballs and/or losers. Considering most of the women I've dated have been professional-type women I'm going to have to disagree on my personal experience with the subject.

Frankly, Green, I doubt your hair is what wins most women over. I think they just love the way you grab them and kiss them.
Confusedalways Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 long hair on men?! no thanks! Consider me on team short hair

FIRST let me say I DO NOT CLAIM TO BE A CASANOVA. All I claim is that I have no trouble when it comes to women. My HAIR is surely one of many factors that HELPS. Even if I was bald the KISS would still be a valuable tool in building a romantic attraction. long hair on men?! no thanks! Consider me on team short hair Name me 3 currently popular actors who you find handsome... AND I WILL SHOW YOU LONG HAIR
