If you are coping with loss, or dejected or lonely, try this. And when you are done let me know how it went. It might just be my 'space out' yet hopefully, it can help other people too.

This isn't meant to be a magic cure but rather, it allows you to sit back, relax and accept.

 

Here's how it went for me anyway:

 

For an evening movie BUT has too be when you will have a while the next day to just chill for a few minutes in the morning.

 

Watch the movie Garden State before you go to bed.

 

Next morning, go onto Youtube and look for a Garden State soundtrack playlist, leave it running in the background.

Google Stumble, go to the website, click more topics and look for relationships. Click Start Stumbling. Relax. Some pages may not be related but then just skip em. I learned I was a 'Geek' , :laugh:, You may say don't listen to other people but I was described perfectly and accept it. Does explain may general absence of relationships.

 

Maybe this helped you calm down, break down, chill, compose yourself for the day or did nothing for you (sorry then :()
