webber75 Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 I need some opinions on the behaviour of this woman I know and some advice on how to deal with her. I have been in a relationship for 3 years now, but my love for animals takes me to make some voluntary work at a local animal shelter. I have been doing it for 2 years and since then I met this other woman with whom I have become friends over time. She is really a great person and our mutual love for animals made us connect easily. Everything was great up until a few weeks ago when I started to think she might be attracted to me. I don’t know how it happened but I started noticing her looking at me and looking away when I look at her, when we are in a group many times we finish near each other and when she says a joke or something she always looks at me for my approval and sometimes we lock eyes for a couple of seconds. Her appearance has improved over time, she is always looking perfect with her hair done, wearing tight clothes which amplify her figure and cleavage. When we are talking she does all the signs of an attracted woman, playing with her (this is a bit of a habit), touching, preening, coy smile, head tilted. She is a bit of a flirt at times but her attitude in general is different than with other men we meet at the shelter. Apart from the above, there is nothing really obvious. When we are not at the shelter there is absolutely no communication between us and when we are there she doesn’t do or say any obvious. Now I am really getting uncomfortable around her. She knows I have a gf however the more time I spend with her the more I am getting to like her. The more I say I am imagining things the more I can’t understand, why on earth you need to come with a low cut top, a tight jeans and your hair set perfectly to do some paperwork at an animal shelter, when a couple of months ago you didn’t do so. Is my imagination playing tricks on me or do I need to do something about this? Do I need to talk to her?
