We both like each other, but neither of us has the courage to admit it to each other. I really want to tell him but i'm afraid to, but what if it's too late and he finds someone else. Please give me some advice on what to do please.

But, if I were you and you both have been talking, just let him know that you truely enjoy his company and wondered if he wanted to go out with you sometime or something. You don't want this opportunity to pass, so you make the first move by telling him. He will be flattered and feel a totall relief on his part for not having to make the first move. Take the initiative and tell him as soon as you can.
