Starchick0518 Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Ok here is what is going on and hopefully someone can help me out with some good advice. I was dating this guy for two years and in that two years I was beaten and miss treated. But I am not looking for sympothy because i stayed. But I got smart and left in October of 2008. We have been broken up for almost 2 years now. Recently I went into a gas station near where I lived and everyone knew me there and was told that there was a guy that came in and was looking for me. I asked how they knew he was looking for me and they said that he had a picture of me. I asked what the guy looked like and what he was driving and it all described my exboyfriend. Now me and my current boyfriend are looking out everywhere because I am scared my ex wants to hurt me. The last words my ex and I shared were..."If you won't be with me then you will be with know one, and I will take care of you to make sure of it." So now I am scared to even walk outside of my house. I have been down to my towns police department and they told me there is really nothing they can do because there are no laws broken yet. What should i do?? I am scared to leave my house and my boyfriend donesn't want me going anywhere alone because my ex is crazy. Like he really is crazy......I am not just saying that because he is an ex. Any advice would be great. Thanks everyone.
