If you can encourage your daughter to eat more organically she'll eventually discard the refined sugar. I recommend mediterannean salads and recipes. And since your daughter like seafood you can always make homemade sushi. Just buy nori sheets, sticky rice and then add all kinds of veggies like cucumbers and avocadoes. If you encourage her to make her own lunch and supper than she'll come to love it.

OP, as long as she's eating when she's hungry, and keeping it down, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Some girls are just picky eaters and it has nothing to do with self image.

I would love to just drop it but unfortunatly until she gains 10 lbs we have to go to the doctor for weight ins. If she drops lower it can effect her hormones and kidneys. BTW I don't badger her or watch her. It would make her crazy. I just provide her food that she can eat the is healthy and has higher calories.
