sooo...its been over four months of no contact and all of a sudden i get a text from him.

 

if you might not know my story...here it is:

i don't know what to think.

i've blocked my phone from restricted calls and i barely unblocked it about three weeks ago.

 

texts from him:

 

the ex (8:40pm): wanna go to a concert for free

 

the ex (8:45pm): its gonna start in a while by the way. yes or no

 

ME (8:46pm): who is this

 

the ex (8:48pm): Dominic. crazy right? well nevermind if you dont feel comfortable or busy its cool

 

the ex (8:54pm): arrgh yes? no? **** off? i just need an answer. just in a rush

 

the ex (9:00pm): sorry to bug you

 

yeah i only replied once asking "who is this" and thats all i pretty much said.

 

I have no idea what to think of this...the last few months i just know he's been rebounding with his ex (the one before me) but not dating, just someone to fallback on i guess.

You did the right thing by ignoring him -- I'd suggest to turn back on your "block restricted calls" feature.

 

Sounds like he is just looking to goad you into some type of interaction, or has deluded himself into thinking that you'll be game to be his next "someone to fall back on".

i agree with Ronnie_W especially for the fact that this guy has been rebounding with his ex and THEN putting you on the spot by trying to get a yes/no question from you? it's like he's trying to see if you'd jump the gun for him right away.
