How would you like a date to go mini golfing with someone you just met? would you find that fun and non-original and maybe the guy is a little different from the rest? Because I have a date set up soon and I was thinking of doing that then grabbing a quick snack afterwards.

I'd love it. I've always wanted a first mini golfing date, actually.

Have fun!

depends on the particular gal's personality. If she's easy-going and open to trying different things, chances are she'll get a kick out of that kind of date.

however, if she's more high-maintenance, she'll prolly expect fine dining and an equally scintillating activity ...

Mini golf is a great date. I don't think I'd care for it as a first date, since generally on a first date I like to be able to dress up a little and sit and relax and get to know the person. Great second date though! Just make sure the weather's nice!

She is a very shy, not really outgoing girl. I think once you get to know her though she will open up completely. She isn't really high maintenance from what I could sense as well so I thought that would be a really good date idea. She does maintain herself good though and looks great when dressed up.

Sorry, not a lady here. But I wouldn't ask a woman out to "compete" with her. Conversely, I'd bristle if she kicked the sh** out of me in anything. I'd save the mini-golf idea for when you've been together for a while. Then it's just an amuzement and not so much a measure of skils and temperment.

lol I would never take mini golf seriously, just a way to play and not keep score and play each hole while we talk about ourselves and what not. Their is no competition what soever. I'm just a really chill and relax guy and never take stuff like that seriously so no worries about that.
