theedge Posted January 28, 2004 Posted January 28, 2004 I have been trying the dating thing for the longest time and find it very difficult with so many different personalities out there. I know the times have changed, so I will address this to both males and females. With myself I never know if I should be aggressive or non-shallot when it comes to being interested in someone. I have gone with both extremes, logic at this point would be to go the middle path. What do you do? Get a feel for the person 1st and take it from there? To a point I think when I am aggressive it back fires, maybe come on too strong? I hate the game aspect though and thats what everyone tells me to do. Act as if you don't give a rats ass, but I also know its not my personality. I also tend to meet girls that want to be showered with attention like hearing how hot they look, but I find most of the time they end up telling me they aren't interested later. I have dealt with the be the consoler, but with those they tend to not want to destroy that bond by making it romantic. So those are my questions.......How do you approach the situation of dating?
dyermaker Posted January 28, 2004 Posted January 28, 2004 If you're looking for romance, start it off as romance, don't try to turn friendships into something more, since that's not working for you.
