Laugher Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Sometimes you are mad about someone straight away and other times they grow on you over time. Just wondering from male and female perspectives how quickly have you fallen for someone?
Els Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 Fastest was about 2 weeks I believe, and we spoke/saw each other every day. I actually have to get to know someone before falling for them. Then again, he said he'd liked me from the first time we met but hadn't managed to muster the guts to ask me out. So perhaps it does differ between the genders...
Eeyore79 Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 I have fallen for someone within 3-4 days, having seen them every day. Imo there's usually a spark at the beginning which develops into something more; the type of love that "grows" usually seems more like friendship than passion.
carmencrespo09 Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 I got a girl friend from one of the social networking site. She never uploaded her photo in it but I was curious to see her so, I just started to talk on the voice chat, and I’ve tried to impress her dating, finally she asked my photo but I didn’t and asked her for video chat. Once I saw her in web cam really she is quiet cute and good and we shared lots of things and I proposed her too.
Citizen Erased Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 About a month. I never thought it could happen that quickly. I'd been in love before, part of a gradual process as the relationships progressed but never did it hit me like that.
Sivok Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 The fasted for me was about a month as well. After that month, I'd only fall more and more in love with her each moment - to the point where just being in the same room as her made my entire day.
Confusedalways Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 About a month for me as well... hit me like a ton of bricks, for sure.
Mme. Chaucer Posted June 3, 2010 Posted June 3, 2010 At first sight, from across a crowded room! I was very young ... I was working in a night club in Italy and this group of young men walked in the door. I noticed one of them right away, we had eye contact, there was no turning back. It turned out to be an extremely sick, obsessive relationship that required "escape" to extricate myself. Intense? Yes. I'm not recommending this to anyone, but in my case I have always known right away whether a boy / man was going to be important in my life. Now that I'm all old and s**t, I don't just buy into it, but it's still the case. I'm going to marry my boyfriend; we met on Match and I "knew" right away when we spoke on the phone. (Not that we'd marry, but that we would be going on as two.) Of course I'm mature now and I took a long time to let things unfold, and to question and prove my "intuition," but really, I knew.
