Okay this may seem shut a close to most people but I meet a guy from NY on-line. He seems to have a great job and planned to fly out here then he told me I had to pay part of the ticket so I told him to hold off. Now he's saying he needs money for his schooling and feels inclined to ask me a practical stranger for money. Do I just go on complete ignore from now on or what? I've never in my life had this experience and I don't know what to do about it.

Sure you do.

If a stranger walked up to you on the street and said, "Hi, I need money to go to school, can you give me some?", what would you say?

Did you really need to ask this question?

IMO a guy should work much harder to get some money from a girl.

What did your guy do for you to get paid?
