Anybody familiar w/ OH divorce laws?

Marriage less than 4 yrs, one son (3), only hubby works, I am home with the boy and take care of the house, we don't own property (we rent)

Alimony?

Child support?

Custody?

Fault/no fault laws?

My husband has an affair and I can't handle the cheating anylonger.

MC has not been of any help. He denies everything.

Should I even bother hiring a PI, would any evidence even make a difference in terms of fault/no fault, alimony and such??

Sorry I am keeping this so short, but I don't want to get "caught" typing.

I know I need consultation w/ attorney, but if anyone has a little insight, I would be very thankful.

Ohio is both a fault and no fault state. Here is a link to explain it for you. Your situation would be a "fault" case if you can get proof of the affair.
