Hmmmm...that ban was a little quicker than usual... :rolleyes:

I'd love to get my swimming improved enough to do triathlons...but I hate swimming...and training... :o

Women like smart guys...but you already know this...embrace it!

Well... What do you call a guy who's mediocre at swimming, mediocre at biking and a mediocre runner? - A triathlete!

My BFF would love you - she majored in math and is a total math nerd. What I wouldn't do to get her away from her hubby... :laugh:

When I was in my late 20's, I found myself trying to avoid the question of what I did for a living, as I was finding that I was generally more successful than my dates. They always seemed to have a problem with it, not me. It took a few years for most of the guys to catch up. ;)

I love smart chicks and I love people that enjoy and are passionate about their jobs, nothing more boring than talking to someone that thinks their job is just blah and talk about it that way.

hey, that sounds really interesting, lakeside! i am an actuary - by no means a mathematician - but i have enough of a mathematical background to stay tuned in for a more detailed explanation. i think you are probably not giving the women you date enough credit.

Unemployed at the moment, so yeah of course I am tempted.

Anyway too many rely on their jobs to define them, it's usually one of the first subjects that even comes up, which is odd to me.

I'm telling you - the first woman that actually gets it - I'll marry her! It's always either "Oh, geez, I've never been good at math :(" or "I thought that all the formulas in math have already been discovered :)". :banging my head against my desk: - frustrating!

:love::lmao: You can't be serious !

You're not meeting the right women then. Because such women exist. I know plenty of intelligent and wonderful women that can handle a smart man like yourself.

The problem is, there are not enough (or lack thereof) intelligent men that can mesh well with a sophisticated and of equal intellect woman.

All the intelligent confident men searching for a woman that can "get it" are all hiding in a cave! Bummer!

I agree, I live in the midwest and smart men are so hard to find around here.
