She's_NotInLove_w/Me Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 So dad's it's really important to tell your girls you love them and show them if you don't want them seeking out men your age. Great point - one of the best things to come out of this thread!
just_some_guy Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 No, way too young for a 45-yo man. I've had the opportunity to hang around with people that young for a short while recently. Honestly, the attraction is just not there once they open their mouths. The bod's may be hot and young, but there's just nothing else there and way too much maturity that hasn't happened yet. My estimate for the youngest possible would be late 20's, well educated and travelled and accomplished woman. I'm far more attracted to women in my age group to a little bit older.
Eeyore79 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Actually, EWWWW! Feel different, NO. Just because you're a woman, it doesn't give you a free pass to commit statutory rape! I hate double standards! You could go to prison for that, look at what's happened to Female Teachers for doing this with their male students! How is it statutory rape if the other person is 16? Surely once someone reaches the age of consent it's up to the two of you whether you have sex or not... it would only be rape if one party didn't consent...
bittersweet memories Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Meh! Yeah, I'm no guy. But come on now. Young guys bods can be very hot too. But there has to be personality with that package, dude. I think men who are thinking just of the young bod, and mention nothing of her having character, have some kind of mental problem that warrants investigation. If it's only to get laid of course they will not look into the personality. They are only there for the laid so they don't care about anything else. Not surprise!
bittersweet memories Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I'm almost 29 and I'd go as low as 16, if I were in a state where that was the age of consent. Of course when it comes to men my age, I'm a bit of an odd one. ewww..16..like a child molester. You might want to rethink that. Yuck.
bittersweet memories Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I'm 30, and would have sex with a hot 19yo if I was single. In fact, I'd probably have sex with a 16yo if he was tall and manly by that age. Even if I was older than 30, I'd probably still do it - the whole Mrs Robinson thing is HOT I'm female btw. I wonder if posters feel differently about me having sex with a teenage boy than they do about an older man having sex with a teenage girl? Like a child molestar..he's a child at 16..Thats discusting
Eeyore79 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 If the person is 16, they're old enough to consent - the law no longer considers them a child, so why should I?
Art_Critic Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 If the person is 16, they're old enough to consent - the law no longer considers them a child, so why should I? You better not live in Missouri then.. 17 is the age of consent in that state if the other person is over 21 and some other states have similar laws.. I seem to recall 18 in some states if the other party is older Statutory Rape is a crime..
Eeyore79 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 16 is the age of consent in the UK. A 16yo can have sex with whoever they like, irrespective of the other person's age. Two 16yos can have sex if they want to; there's no need for one party to be older.
Art_Critic Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 (edited) 16 is the age of consent in the UK. A 16yo can have sex with whoever they like, irrespective of the other person's age. Wouldn't your common sense kinda kick in.. He is really still a child... and he better be the pool kid and not the neighbor kid you babysit The law in the UK is a little different than just 16.. The age of consent in England and Wales is 16, as specified by the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (section 9). However it is illegal for a person to engage in sexual activity with an individual under the age of 18 if they are in a position of trust in relation to that individual (teacher, warder, carer, guardian, etc).(section 16) Now if your in Scotland you're good to go.. The age of consent in Scotland is 16, regardless of sexual orientation and/or gender, as specified by the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 [20] [21]. Honestly I think you are just splitting hairs.. Why fall just on this side of the law ? Edited May 29, 2010 by Art_Critic
Eeyore79 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I wasn't a child when I started having sex at 16... the majority of my friends had already had sex illegally at a much younger age. Young people seem to mature much faster in the UK though... they can drink alcohol at 18
somedude81 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 The first thing I need to say, is that I would never commit statutory rape. That's why I mentioned the age of consent in my post. Here is California the age of consent is 18, so I won't be having sex with anybody under 18 unless I leave the state. And no, I'm not going to travel to a place where the age of consent is lower, just to have sex with a younger girl. This entire thread is about sex. It has nothing to do with dating. I wouldn't date anybody under than 20. But damn right I'll sleep with them given the chance. Of course, as long as I'm in California I won't be hooking up with anybody under than 18.
Art_Critic Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I wasn't a child when I started having sex at 16... the majority of my friends had already had sex illegally at a much younger age. Young people seem to mature much faster in the UK though... they can drink alcohol at 18 I don't mean to call you out but in another post on another thread you posted this earlier today and it totally contradicts the merit of this post and I'm having trouble understanding how you can come to this conclusion when you clearly believe that someone who breaks the law should be punished. Yes, I would report the person immediately. There's no excuse for working and claiming unemployment; it's fraud and they deserve to be punished for breaking the law. If you confront them, they'll know it was you who reported them and may retaliate - just report them and let the authorities deal with it. So.. would you deserve to be punished for having sex with someone your country considers underage ?
Eeyore79 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 So.. would you deserve to be punished for having sex with someone your country considers underage ? Yes, because it's against the law. My country considers anyone under 16 to be underage, so obviously I wouldn't have sex with them. But anyone 16 and older is fair game in a legal sense.
LittleTiger Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I'm in the UK and I think 16 is waaay to young to be giving your consent to sex - especially with an older person. If you're both 16 yr old virgins, having fun and experimenting, probably no harm done. If one is an inexperienced child and the other a mature adult - YUCK!
Eeyore79 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I think the legal age for homosexual sex used to be higher... it started off as 21, and was reduced to 18, then to 16. I have no idea why homosexual sex was felt to require a higher age of consent than heterosexual sex... perhaps the authorities felt it would be more psychologically damaging for someone to be coerced into homosexual sex at a young age than it would be if they were having heterosexual sex?
redtail Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Are there any men out there over 35 who would not like to have sex with a smoking hot 19 year old? ... No. I've been out of coloring with crayons for years now, (I'm 54) I need a like minded partner. Mental stimulation over someone who could be my daughter is much more attractive to me.
blair08 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 IMO just because the law gives a certain age of consent still doesn't make it right for someone to want to be with a teen. Just because they are of "legal" age" doesn't mean they are mature.

Just because they are of "legal" age" doesn't mean they are mature. What does their maturity have to do with anything? Even then, how is an 18 year old girl not mature enough for sex?
Eeyore79 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I would tend to agree - it depends on the individual teenager. Obviously the law has to have a general age of consent, but clearly some teenagers are ready and some are not. In addition to that, there's a big difference between having sex with an individual and getting them involved in more extreme sexual practices at a young age. I speak from experience - as a teenager I was fine with having regular sex, but I was definitely not ready for the (much older) guy who coerced me into sexual practices which are way beyond my boundaries as a discerning adult. But again, the law cannot draw a distinction between the two.

Jersey Shortie Posted May 30, 2010 Posted May 30, 2010 Anyone that decided to have sex with a 16 year old for the sake of it is certainly a type of predator. Not saying they are a molester but come on. I don't care what the age is by law. It's not something to be proud of and I think most healthy minded adults don't want to in turn have relationships with men or women that banged 16 year olds. So Gross. Get a life! That is so predatory.
