Getting a date with the girl behind the counter?

So I’m really into this gorgeous girl who works at this sub shop near my work where I get my lunch at a few times a week. I don’t know anything about her because its hard to talk to her since shes busy running around the kitchen making food or helping customers. Last time I placed an order there for pick up she handed me my food and took my money. Between all this we really locked eyes and she gave me this super cute smile. Like the stare was a longer and more intense one than any average customer would get. And with the smile that went along with it, it made me think that she was saying “you’re cute” without saying it, which is exactly what I want!

 

So I’m really thinking about asking her out but the problem is that I can’t seem to form any sort of relationship with her beforehand so that I’m not just some complete stranger asking her on a date. Shes so busy doing her job I can’t get a real chance to talk to her about anything. So I decided that I’m just going to have to pop the question on her. But theres also another hurdle that I need to get around; this is a family owned shop so her mom, dad, sister, or whoever else in her family is back behind the counter with her. I think that if she comes to the counter to give me my food she’ll be far enough away from the rest of the family so that I could ask without them hearing.

 

So my question for you guys and girls out there is how should I go about asking this girl out with the limitations and hurdles that I mentioned above? Any clever ways of doing this? I was thinking the next time she took my money I would straight up be like “I know this is kinda random but would you like to go out sometime?” If anyone has any better ideas or advice I would appreciate it.

 

Also a question I would like to ask the girls out there is if your single, do you mind if a guy you find cute enters your workplace and asks you out even though you don’t know much about him at all except for that fact that your attracted to him?

 

I don’t have a problem asking girls out but in this situation I am kinda stumped.

Chances are you are confusing her nice smile with her doing her job.

 

Not that women in service jobs aren't single but 99% of them don't want to be hit on and just want to do their job and go home.

Beautiful is quite creative. Sounds like a good one to me. I'd just be more direct. I find it more effective if you don't ask a woman for anything. Just tell her to give you her number. Not order her, but tell her. I'd call her over and say something simple like, "your just the cutest thing I ever did see. Give me your number and we can get together sometime." If she waffles give her a slick smile and the come here single and tell her to hurry up, her customers are waiting. Hell, even if she shot you down, you could pick at her every time you went back in there about it and probably get it eventually anyway.
