You really that dead set on protecting the self interests of men who want to bang 19 year old girls that are 32 instead of really looking at the situation. Which anyone with a brain can see is issue filled. And she is right, people change vastly between the ages of 18-25. yeah, im 25 and i know at age 18 i was really naive and innocent. those years were really formative for me, as they were for most women i know.

I would advise him to just mess around with her and not fall in love though because a woman her age is more likely to flake. Let him have his fun.

To me it suggests that the guy can't really hold the interest of a more experienced woman (23+), or is at least insecure enough to believe so himself. Having sex with a 19 year old might border creepy but ain't that bad, then again dating one just makes you a tool.

Two, the OP's brother is dating somebody that seems to be using him. There is nothing wrong at all about a man dating somebody younger than himself. But being used by somebody is a completely different story.

This is why you and the other posters being such haters are clearly showing that this issue is about a personal insecurity you feel about your own age. Not a reality of the situation at hand. You completely ignored where I pointed out the points Juniper made about the other issues in the situation. Such as that her brother smokes weed regularly, plays xbox alot, that this girl doesn't have a car, that she doesn't let him text other girls but she texts tons of guys...hello...wake up. I said nothing about the relationship being illegal. I didn't even say it was creepy. I however don't think it's healthy. And yes, I am sorry you can't handle it but I think any 32 year old man that can relate to girls just out of high school has issues. I dont really care that the age of consent is lower in other places because I never even said anything about it not being consesual. And I don't care if men in their 40s date younger women. That doesn't mean these are healthy situations. Women also date and marry men that beat them. What does that tell us? Nothing towards what you seem to be implying. I put myself in the OP's shoes and if my older brother was dating highschool girls, he is actually the same age as the OP's, I would be concerned.

Also, in case you missed several hundred years of history, it wasn't all that long ago women her age would have been married and working on their second or third child by that point.

I admire your way of thinking and the way you write your feelings. You said the correct word i omitted HEALTHY...thats exactly what I mean..its not a healthy situation. As for hugh hefner and younger women I franky think thats a show for his image. I doubt that he did date teens but if he did im sure it was a money thing.
