daisychain86 Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 My partner of four years suddenly stopped talking to me. The thing that really doesn't make sense is that we never fought, made each other laugh, genuinely loved each others company. It's been weeks since I have heard from him. He told me that he was unsure of the future, and that the future included me as well. He said that he loves me and I was everything to him but, I don't understand why he's not speaking to me. I know how much I mean to him so it's just frustrating with his behavior. I'm angry and tired and hurt. Our relationship was so loving and fulfilling so it boggles my mind that we're in this situation. I don't know what this could mean.
tami-chan Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 Is he okay, though? not sick? alive? still in the country? not kidnapped? If he is fine, have you tried to get in touch with him? If he is still ignoring you it could mean he has moved on , just does not have the courage to tell you. He is hoping that you will get the "hint" and leave him alone. I know it hurts not knowing what "really" happened and you need the usually elusive "closure", but you will have to gather yourself together and move on. Sorry this happened to you.

"Being unsure of the future and that includes you" is a euphemism for "seeing someone else"...
