Seriously, where am I suppose to go? Someone help me because if I'm too short for dating websites dedicated for short people then I'm out of options.

So what I'm saying is that ME A REALLY TALL GUY HAS BEEN BEET OUT BY SHORT GUYS.... ITS HAPPENED MORE THEN ONCE.... Short guys can over come there shortness

I honestly prefer the 5'8" to 6'0" bracket but 5'7 isnt that far off, i probably wouldnt even notice. i dont think every girl cares..my friend is 5'9" and shes dated guys shorter than her.. im 4'11, ive dated guys that are 5'5, i think you just have to stop worrying about ur height and just be yourself, pretend ur 5'10 in your own head

If text doesn't say 5'10+, the email is deleted. Period. In fact, on a lot of websites women can (and do) filter your emails so it never even gets in their inbox.

There are truly no options for midgets. I was dating several guys who were from 5'3 to 5'7 from match.com and YP. They all stated in their profiles that they were from 5'6 to 5'9. They were very popular online and had no problems to find a girl. They even had more drawbacks except height. For example, the shortest guy had a complete ED, no job, a car of 20 yrs old with no door, and a psychiatric disorder. He just focused on his good qualities which he had as well. In fact, I really liked him because of his good qualities. He even wanted first to break up with me, while I still wanted to take advantage of his good abilities. Edited May 25, 2010 by bac

Aparently I was wrong. I think maybe that site is for short women looking for tall guys rather than short women looking for short guys. I don't think a website exist where short women (or any women for that matter) are looking for short guys.

So I've had the distinct pleasure of reading all your threads regarding the dating limitations for shorter men since I've been a member here, and they all pretty much say the same thing. Every now and then you'll start a thread about how you have it so rough in the dating game because of your height. Sometimes you'll cite blog entries, relationship articles, or perhaps an anecdote in support of your position. Now I just have to ask, what is your purpose in creating these repeated threads ranting about how it sucks to be short...? (1) In each thread, countless people discount the absolute importance of height and share their own experiences contrary to your beliefs. But you simply shrug everyone off and remain in your state of denial. (2) I'm not sure if you're looking to get the whole pity party treatment either...where we all tell you that you'll be fine and that women will date you even if you're 5'7", which is the truth...but you jump right back into your 'woe is me' cave and blame women...or society...or your bad luck for being short...but you've all but given up...and when you receive responses with possible solutions to your problem, you respond with nothing but complaints about your height...have you ever stopped to think that it's something other than your height that hinders your dating...? (3) Or perhaps you simply intend to inform us of your beliefs and try to convert the entire community into adopting those beliefs.
