NoLove Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Ok I am 15 and have never had a girlfriend. I'm 6' 270. I know I'm fat but I look about 240 because I have a bigger build and I play football. I'm not like a lazy person or anything. I'm am known as more of a class clown and I joke around and I'm real sarcastic. I'm not a loner or anything I am always more popular no matter what school I go to the thing is girls never seem to like me. Guys love me (no homo) and so I usually have a crap load of popular guys friends but all the popular girls seem to hate me at least at the school I used to go to. Like we will be going somewhere or doing something after school and they will be like why did you invite him? My friend said all the freshman girls hate me because I'm so big I scare them. Like my friends made me go to homecoming whish is not a formal at my school I didn't want to go and I purposely didn't bring money on the day of the dance. They said I still had to go and snuck me in. But I didn't dance with one girl my friend asked this girl to dance with me and she said eww so after that I told them my ride would be there soon and just left. I do have some friends that are girls they aren't usually popular girls just girls that I talk to in class they seem to like me fine again as a friend only. Like this girl in my class and me were kissing our teach at each other and this girl at are table was like can you guys stop making kissy noises and just makeout already? And the girl I was doing it with made this face like she would never kiss me so I didn't end up asking her to formal. Its usually girls friends that don't like me so girls don't like me. So I'm starting at a new school in september and I will be a sophmore. I should be about 40 pounds lighter then I am now because my new coach has me on a hardcore cut. How can I get a girlfriend any tips or insight would help. Please answer.
Rorschach Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 I stopped reading at 'I'm 15'. Your only 15 you have plenty of time, don't worry about it.
WTRanger Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Stop being the class clown. Yes, it's fun. But sometimes, it hurts you with the women. Talk to girls. Ask them out sometime. You won't know if they won't go out with you unless you actually ask them. Have some confidence in yourself. Also, you are young and the girls are in early high school mode. If you are 50, then it's time to worry. 15, that's perfectly normal.

Like during the summer there was this girl she was cute and I was gonna ask her out I was like 30minutes away from doing it and she stopped talking to me. Like idk if someone told her I was about to do it or what but she wouldn't even look at me. And all my friends have had girlfriends since the 6th grade. Edited May 22, 2010 by NoLove

(And I say this as someone who was in a HS "sweetheart" relationship, but I don't think it even became a real relationship until we were closer to graduating HS.) I barely remember being a 15 year old girl, but I remember it being pretty terrifying. I don't know what 15 year old girls like these days. I know I dated my HS sweetheart because he was cute and we'd been friends since we were 9 and just had a blast together. So, I have no advice except, 15 year olds should never start sentences with "Never" like this. Man, I know twenty-somethings who've never had a girlfriend. Edited July 31, 2010 by zengirl
