lost86 Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 my ex dumped me 2 months ago, was pretty out of the blue, after she dumped me she said she wanted to stay friends and that no one has loved her like i did, since the split iv done some stupid things though (got drunk one night and said some horrible things about her and her family, hassled, begged etc...) she forgave me for what i said though and she still talks to me, until i mention anything about us, then i get no reply..... does the fact that we still talk and have a laugh suggest there is a chance or am i just going to end up stuck as friends with the girl i love?

ADF Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 When somebody dumps you out of the blue, you can be sure of one thing: the out-of-the-blue part is on your end only. Don't agree to be friends with this woman. Why should you let her dump you then accept her terms? If she doesn't want you as a man anymore for whatever reason, then she shouldn't get to have you as a friend, either.
Author lost86 Posted May 22, 2010 Author Posted May 22, 2010 yeah i did kind of see it coming, the way she was with me over the last month did make me think she was loosing interest in me, even though i did everything for her and always put her first, does really suck though like loosing a best mate and the person i loved most guess im just gona have to be strickter with myself and stop the contact as suggested
