Ihavenoidea Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 So I went on this really great first date last saturday (last weekend). Got a great first kiss and what not but through out the week, communication was limited and I was the one always initiating it. She admitted it was because she was really busy with work and what not. Everytime I did contact her she would always reply via text or email or even call me back and the communication we did have she did most of the talking. I jokingly made a comment about how she wasnt very good at always getting back to me. She said she knew it and apologized and just had a lot going on which she did. She said she doesnt think she has time right now for dating and that it isnt fair for me. I replied saying I understand and that she can contact me whenever she was ready. She said she really appreciates it and just wants to see where thigns fall before adding anyone in her life and she eneded with "TTYL =-)" She didnt have to reply and she did admit if she wasnt interested she would have never responded to me. My question is: How do I proceed from here on out? The ball is in her court but do I try to continue communication like on a weekly basis or do I jsut sit back and wait for her. I assume if I break all contact and wait for her she will probably move on and forget me or she will assume that I have moved on. I'm worried that if I maintain constant communication ill drift in the friend zone. What do I do?
BeautifulMan Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Find someone new and if she comes back, decide who you want.
airjordan Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Keep dating other woman, don't waste time on her, find someone who is ready and is actually interested. You'll find the right one!
