Once you've been there, done that, got the tee-shirt, and received the Nobel prize for screwing up the most, you get pretty good overall ideas on what needs to be done in most cases. It didn't come easy!!! There are many people who post on this forum who know lots more than me, I promise you. I guess I'm just a little more blunt and use a tad less sugar coating in my advice.
