For 9 months Ive missed him only to be met with ' not my problem' Ive just not been able to let it go. Hes said he missed me, we're just friends. he'll always have feeling for my but now just nothing.

I feel so guilty to have put him through it but I feel sad he did not want me. I feel like a bad person for forcing myself on him(not literally) I think He was truly exasperated with me and tried his best.

So I know I can do NC I just havnt wanted to.But after that what can I do to cope with the guilt? I feel so bad

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you're talking about. You're going to have to be more specific.

Hey I just basically feel guilty for acting like a bit of a psycho ex and constantly trying to ring and text him for answers.

I'm not sure what your question is but...

The first thing would be to STOP all contact. Secondly if the guy doesn't want to have anything to do with you what are you feeling guilty about? Just let it go and stop obsessing over someone who is no longer in your. Working on yourself and getting your life together will do wonders for getting rid of any guilty feelings you have. Don't use the guilt excuse to contact him to apologize either; it will just piss him off even more.

If you are Catholic you may try saying 3 Hail Marys and 4 Our Fathers. While it never worked for me (yes Sister Mary I said it, so there!) but who knows may just be the ticket.

More likely thought you feel guilty because of your behavior, then the best way to stop the quilt is stopping behavior. This works no matter what your spiritual predisposition leans towards.
