ksg1 Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 Would it be considered fine or messed up that a 27 year old man was dating a 35 year old woman?
Lizzie60 Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 It's only 8 years.. that's nothing.. Don't worry... be happy.. My last ex was 12 years younger..
dazzle22 Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 It would be different if you were in your late teens or early 20's because that is a very immature age and the younger partner's immaturity would get in the way. You are both well into adulthood, and very few people these days would see that as problematic. My husband is 12 years younger than I am.
zebracolors Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Chiming in here. I'm about 35 myself, and would have no problem with dating a guy that young. My current LD interest is about 27 as well:o:love:. 8-9 years is okay gap in my opinion
AngryTroll Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Why should it matter? I'm 20, and I've been with a guy who was 37. Age (sometimes) doesn't matter
Quickill Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 I see no problem, it's working out quite well for one of my best friends. He's 26 and she's 35. In fact, watching how well they get along and how little drama there is compared to all the younger women he's dated, I'm thinking I'm looking the wrong direction agewise.

I spent a weekend with a 35 year old woman while her kids were away and I was 20 at the time.
