lonelyandconfused Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 My boyfriend and I have been together off and on since september of 08. Everything started off in a bad way he dumped me a bunch of times and now i know why he did (because he was still dating his ex in july of 08) anyways lately he has been avoiding me. He will like be busy all the time and he can't call me to tell me what hes doing and he took a 20 hour nap one friday night. He didnt buy me a present on my birthday i had to cry in order for him to buy me one a week later, he will walk away from family events i invite him to. He will not invite me to hangout with him and his highschool friends. He will go for 2 days without barley talking to me and then he will have an excuse as to why he hasnt talked to me. Anyways, with his ex now... so i hacked into his myspace(which i know is wrong) and hes still friends with her and still has all the messages that they sent to each other in july08 and before then too (dont you think he would have deleted them?) hes still friends with her on both facebook and myspace and he will not acknowledge on facebook or myspace that we are dating or post any pics of us. But when i first met him he had a pic of him and her on myspace. I love him so much, my heart fell to the floor when i saw that he still had those messages. So anyways now i have been talking to this other guy who lives about 3 hours away from me. I have never met him in person i met him online about 5 years ago and we have been talking on and off since. So what do you think i should do? try to work things out with my boyfriend? or go see this guy that i have never met?

Kaplan Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 He's got messages from before you were dating? So what? Maybe he just never cleans out his inbox. All the other stuff makes him sound like a jerk though. Especially the dumping you repeatedly thing.

A man that loves a woman does everything he can to make her happy. Shouldn't have to cry to your boyfriend for him to get you a gift. As far as the guy online, be real careful and make sure you have taken the time to really know what it is exactly you are getting yourself into.

janie423 Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 If someone treated me the way this guy has treated you, I would fall out of love with him . . . fast. Yeah, you did the right thing, drop him like a rock, and date the other guy. Take your lessons with you.
