I've been working out for a year now. Most of the time I do 45 minutes 4-6 times a week. I do a "scheduled" class workout. 3 days a week is resistance bands, 3 days is cardio kickboxing. I have noticed a ton of improvement over the last year!

 

A friend was telling me about Max Muscle, she hasn't personally used them but said she knew a few people who did. Here's what their website says:

This is the kind of thing I could see myself needing. I try to stay to the food structure given in our manual but it's hard when sometimes I cannot figure out what the eat! Or that I'm sick of the same old stuff.

 

Just thought I would see if anyone in the US has heard of or used them before.
