I am too shy and hesitate too much and end up not doing what I am supposed to do. I don't say hi or good morning and things I am supposed to do. At first, they like me very much for they think I am so kind, but after a few days or weeks they see my shyness and start to pull-back slowly. I tend to mumble stuff when I get nervous and it is obviously weird when a person hears you!!

I think you need some you time, you should find yourself. Do somthing for you to help you get out of your comfort zone, like go to a karaoke club and sing, or go rock climbing. Do somthing that you never thought you would ever do.

PutTheBlame hit the nail right on the head...you have to get out of your comfort zone...

What's the best way to get good at something...? Practice. You have to practice...even social skills require practice...and you don't even have to practice with women right away...start greeting your friends...or even your family! Get comfortable saying hello to people that you already know...once you start getting comfortable just uttering the words, start with a smile and a greeting to people as you walk by them in public...even if it's a simple good morning as you pass by an old lady walking on the street...you'll be surprised how it brightens your day...and even her day! As you become more comfortable with the basics, you can expand your practice to include fuller conversations with friends and acquaintances...and eventually you'll be able to comfortably talk to women just like you were talking to your best friend...

Just remember, it'll take some effort on your part to break your shyness habits...
