cjbroken Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 hi, iam new to this.. i was married to the love of my life, we did alot of hurtful things to each other. about 10months ago he went to work and never came home.. i took xanax to numb the pain, and then i found out 3months after him leaving, he was living with my ex bestfriend, and they are in love... i want him back so bad, and i find myself stalking him on facebook... i thought i was over him about 2.5months ago, but iam not... please help me get through this...

Are you still married? Since you were his wife, you have every right to hurt. Try not to stalk him to the extent it could be noticeable, even though you have every right - as his wife, it could still anger him ..

We are here to help..but trust me, those pills won't. It will numb the pain for the time being...but it will not help you move on so please watch out for yourself!

I am sorry to hear of your plight. It sounds awfully extreme and with no warning no wonder you are so hurt. Is it possible for you to contact him and arrange to talk through things? How did you come to find out about your ex bestie? Who said they are in love? I am not a real big promoter of counselling but maybe it may help you to understand things and where to from here. If the M is really over maybe you need to find some form of closure to move forward and heal. Good luck. Keep posting. You will get lots of good advice here.
