Niseguy Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 First of all I'm not sure if this belongs in the long distance section or this one... Anyways I took a trip to Brazil 2 weeks ago and I was saying goodbye to my girlfriend and her parents at the Sao Paulo airport back to Canada. ( they are Brazilian ) Once i got past customs and all that jazz i had some time to waste so i found my terminal and sat down waiting. I'm guessing 10 - 20 minutes later this nice blonde girl comes and sits 2 seats from me and long story short... we start talking and i don't know what happened but we started to talk about how thristy i was so she says "one moment" she left and was gone for like 20 minutes... affraid i was going to miss my flight without saying goodbye. She finally comes back with water for me... Me thinking how nice this girl is on a first meeting i decided to ask her where she is going etc... and i guess she is heading to Toronto just like me and our seats are C30 and C31... Im assuming she talked to me first because she noticed the canadian flag on my bookbag... this girl is also Brazilian but she is going to study in Alberta for a year. For me stuff like this never happens so i find it very odd but good in a sense. We are on the plane for 9 hours to Toronto and we start talking more getting to know each other i find out a lot and mostly she has a boyfriend back Brazil and they have only been datin for 2 months... bear in my mind i have been dating with my girlfriend from Brazil for 8. We get tired and get really close watching movies and listening to music... just having a great time then we start drinking wine on the plane and get a bit typsy. Again long story short when it times to get off in Toronto she had to go through immagration where she is not Canadian and i just went on my way and that is the last time i seen Maria... Its been 3 days and i did get her phone number in Canada, her email, orkut all that stuff but besides all that do you find this crazy? or weird? I just need other peoples opinions on this... Thanks
marsle85 Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 I think you need to pick a side. Either accept that you're willing to cheat on your girlfriend and call her, or keep it in your pants and throw her number away.

Fouts Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 Doesn't sound weird to me, you can't control who you're attracted to or have a connection with. Just be upfront with your LDR if you decide to get to know this new woman better and go for it.
