Author bellatina Posted February 5, 2004 Author Posted February 5, 2004 Things have changed since I wrote my first post. ... I did drop some weight, but that is not the reason. I have learn to appreciate the other benefits of fitness. My skin looks better and I feel better emotionally . I work as a rape crisis counselor which is very emotionally challenging. Since I started to work out I feel more balanced emotionally. Life is good!!! Thanks for your help.
