iheartlavalamps Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Dating this guy, who likes me because I'm "down to earth, and don't have drama" (That's what he said) So the other night, a mutual friend made a comment [to me] about me and him, and it was funny, I thought. So I told him about it, and it offended him. He didn't tell me it offended him tho (it was text and late). So now, on one hand I want him to know I didn't repeat it to START drama, but I don't want to bring it up and create MORE drama.
D-Lish Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 What was the comment? No one can answer without knowing the comment.
Jilly Bean Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Generally people who say they hate drama are the biggest creators of drama. (I happen to enjoy a little drama). lol

Author iheartlavalamps Posted April 25, 2010 Author Posted April 25, 2010 the comment was something along the lines of we don't really go together. Like the two of us together is really weird. She compared it to something but I can't remember what. And she told me "it's not wrong, it's just weird" Well, I thought it was funny. I didn't take it personally because to be honest, we are a little odd together. But like she said, it's not wrong, just odd. And when I repeated it, I meant it as in "haha it was funny" and didn't repeat the "it's not wrong" part" because frankly he didn't seem that interested. I told him I thought it was funny and moved on. Since all 3 of us are friends, I feel like I've created drama between the other two that I definitely didn't mean to create. And I don't know if I should let it drop or say "hey, I really didn't mean to offend anyone and had I known it would start something, I wouldn't have said it", especially since other people keep bringing it up.
