tavoludo Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 I don't know if somebody had recommended this book before but it has been of great help for me and it will to all of those who are having a hard time with change in your work or in your life. It's called "Who moved my cheese?" You can just skip until it says UNCE instead of ONCE ee.sharif.edu/~commi/Comm1_files/WhoMovedMyCheese.pdf I hope it helps, there is light at the end of the tunnel and always will
trippi1432 Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Actually a very good suggestion Tav...I recall my company giving us that book and a seminar when we were having a very large layoff and restructuring. Good idea on posting it.
tojaz Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Thanks for the suggestion Tav. I'll put it on the list! Great thread title by the way. Had no idea what I was getting myself into! TOJAZ

TOJAZ I have the book around here somewhere...I can send it to you. It would probably take about 30 minutes to read actually. It's more about the analogy of a lesson rather than a self-help book...but it's interesting.
Author tavoludo Posted April 24, 2010 Author Posted April 24, 2010 I'm glad you guys agree. Really, great book and I feel quite different from 3 weeks ago, I guess my proactive approach since the beginning, which differed from that of laying in bed sucking my thumb is paying off Accept change, those who are reading this, not because you accept change it means that you don't want your spouse back or everything is great. The point is to accept change and live
