Lindsey Posted April 21, 2010 Posted April 21, 2010 Right now my lower back is killing me! It's been this way for about a week now. I'm so stressed out due to my job and my marriage. It gets worse the more I'm put into stressful situations. It's so bad right now I don't even want to be at work, I just want to go back to bed. To top that off I haven't been sleeping well so along with my back pain I'm exhausted!

To top that off I haven't been sleeping well so along with my back pain I'm exhausted! To put it the short way stress kills...... I am a fine one to talk about not stressing out. But try to do something at least once a day that you enjoy.... What I started doing was working out not so much to get in shape but it really helps me relax after a stressful day. Just a bit of my story I have a high stress job and I also don't handle pressure well at all (work or personal) So about a year ago I started having chest pains and just felt like my body hurt.. It was the worst in my neck area and shoulder blades.... The more stress I was under on that day the more my shoulders and neck hurt. I got a full work up at the doctor and nothing was wrong..... Only thing I have done is working out, and trying to relax more and I feel 100% better then I did a year ago this time.... Hope this helps hang in there
