SomewhatExperienced Posted April 18, 2010 Posted April 18, 2010 I was in EXACTLY the same position with my last girlfriend. Everything was there for a great relationship from the start EXCEPT the chemistry, which I always thought would develop later but didn't. Just be honest and straightforward. Tell him how much you care about him but you're just not happy and need to change. It'll suck. A LOT. And there's no way around that. Sorry. It was a good learning experience for me to show me how important chemistry really is between a couple and that you can never make it come about. If it's not there it will ALWAYS end the relationship at some point, no matter how great a couple you make.
Author confusedmuch Posted April 26, 2010 Author Posted April 26, 2010 Unfortunately because I've been sooo busy this past week working 60 hours a plus school our schedules have completely collided and I've never gotten a chance to see him to break the news... He also lives about 30 minutes away and with the way my schedule will be for the next couple weeks, I think our schedules will continue to collide I can't bear to text him or call him and tell him I "want to talk" because then that will just lead into a text or phone breakup and I'm trying not to do that... Should I just drag this out for the next couple weeks? Or just do it over the phone? HEEELP!!
skydiveaddict Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Do as Hokie says and say it face to face. Don't tell me there's no room in you schedule for that that's a cop-out and you know it
Author confusedmuch Posted April 26, 2010 Author Posted April 26, 2010 I can't even get a hold of him now...
USMCHokie Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 I can't even get a hold of him now... Then drag it out. Continue to live your life and do what you do day to day until you can find an opportunity to talk to him in person.
