Broke No Contact -Why is this hitting me harder than the break up?

HELPPP! , its only been 2 days and im already going crazy,

 

this is sad because we broke up almost 2 months ago and i stupidly broke no contact it was fine as friends suprisingly it was helping me get past it and let go , until he told me he still loved me it sent me into a whirlwind of emotions and HOPE.

 

it would have been great if only it were TRUE , the same day he told me i blocked him cause i could tell in a couple hours that he said it but wasnt showing it and i may have acted too fast but i was trying to prevent..THIS

 

 

 

IT FEELS LIKE IM STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN , MY MONTH OF PROGRESS OVER NO CONTACT IS GONE...AND IM STARTING ALL OVER , he isnt gonna contact ...idk what to do i must have cried atleat 20 times for the day , this is hitting me harder than the initial breakup , WHY?

I had NC for a month and thought I was starting to get over it. then my ex decided to contact me last week with a msg asking if I still think about her...yup she gave me false hope and I bit the bait and now im back to square one. told her I still love her and miss her and she didnt reply...

 

back to hurting and crying like a baby. best thing to do is accept its over

Because he told you what you wanted to hear, but you know it isnt true. Emotions will sweep logic aside everytime. Go back to NC and find some fun things to do. I'm sorry this happened, but you will get over it in time. good luck to ya

My ex texted me reminding me to cash a check the army reimbursed me for army related activities with him while we were together! It was 5 post breakup and 5 days NC and now I'm right back to it! When is this going to end?! I sent him a text asking for space to move on!!!! And weekends are the worse!!! It is worse than the actual breakup!

Hi Too much. Nice picture, lol.

 

It WILL get better. And don't worry about the pain you are feeling, setbacks like this will happen, especially after NC is broken. Accept your feelings for what they are and keep moving forward. Stay NC as the others have said. Do NOT do the friends thing. You are not ready for that - maybe in 6 months - and that is a maybe.

 

You will bounce back a bit quicker than you did after the initial shock of the original breakup. You are still getting used to a life without him. Have faith that you will stop feeling this way and in time you will be able to love someone who can reciprocate it.

 

I feel for you and have been there. And trust me that it does get better. Just keep moving forward and living for yourself.

 

Be good to yourself and take care of yourself right now.
