Scarlett513 Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Looking back on past relationships, I've realized that very often there were red flags from the beginning that I (stupidly) ignored at the time. I am wondering.... what do you all consider the biggest red flags with it comes to dating?

phineas Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 When anything & everything can trigger a bitch session out of the blue about the last guy who literally & figuratively screwed them over. no thankyou.
Rorschach Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Oh I just had one last week. When the second she sees you on the phone she assumes it's another girl and your cheating and dumps you on the spot... just don't go after her....
deux ex machina Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 He's in pain, and I'm the only one that could ever really understand him. So I can let my guard down? Sure, he's harmless! He would never hurt me.
Author Scarlett513 Posted April 15, 2010 Author Posted April 15, 2010 A few of my own are: When he tells you what you can and can't wear. When he still HATES his ex. When he tells you he thinks he's bi-polar and/or suicidal. When he *always* wears a jacket, even in August. When he makes you listen to Annie Lennox after sex.
USMCHokie Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 When things are progressing at a nice and gentle pace, and then suddenly she wants to "slow things down."
EasyHeart Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 "I've been in therapy for seven years." "I was just divorced, but the relationship has been over for a long time." "My ex will be in prison for at least another year." Third date: "Do you love me?" "You remind me so much of my brother." Anytime she fights me for the check on the first date.
SilentVoice Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 When one of our first "getting now each other" conversation consists of 30 minutes of how his last girl friend screwed him over.
