ReadyforLove Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 When you begin a new relationship with someone, is it fair to give them some amount of time to let loose of the exes, past dates that are still lingering, booty calls etc.? Is there an amount of time you give your mate to notify these past women/men about their current relationship status?
Agent Thomas Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 I'm weary about people giving each other time deadlines. It's much more relative to the person you're dealing with, and how they behave and who they are. If they are someone you SHOULD be with, then this shouldn't be an issue to begin with.
EasyHeart Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 You're not in a relationship if the other person has exes and booty calls hanging around.
DustySaltus Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Silence is your best option since you have decided that your allegiance isn't to anyone except your current partner. If they are persistent, tell them the truth. Otherwise focus your energies on your current partner and do not even braoch the subject to her. This would not put things in the right direction.
