In regards to my recent situation, would just like some perspective on a hypothetical situation. Totally come to terms with the fact that it's not gonna happen in my world, but just out of curiosity.

Scenario: You are a man inyour early 40s and work with an attractive woman in her 20's who's married. How would you know she's interested in you, short of coming out and admiting it? What signs would make you know she wants to do you?

If she wants to have a short term affair with you, purely sexual, do you do it, or does that fact that she's married deter you. Are you the opportunistic type that would love a sexual relationship? Is it your dream come true to have a no strings attached relationship with a pretty, much younger woman? Or would you resist? Does the fact that she's married make it out of the question and disgust you.

I would tell her to get lost and look elsewhere.

You should've phrased it "Many Questions for men" Chibaby ;)

Some people are very intuitive, they'll pick up on the smallest of signs and then some have to be hit over the head with a club. Everyone is unique in those regards. I can sense chemistry pretty quickly, even if it's never mentioned or acted upon, it's just one of those things. That being said, things to look for are unecessary eye contact and physical contact, touching the arm, shoulder etc., those are instant giveaways.

I fit your profile, and to answer if I would I take the woman up on it? No. Primarily because I'm not a homewrecker and there's plenty of other single women out there to enjoy physically, no such thing as forbidden fruit.

To kind of roll up your other questions and answer them, because I bring alot to the table and have alot to offer, I have no problems getting very attractive women in my own age group (30's and 40's). To say it's something special to be with someone in her 20's and hot is of no interest to me as I'd rather be with someone in her 30's or 40's and is just as hot.

Not a big bargaining chip in all cases, Chibaby. It depens on the man :)

You don't do for several reasons. First, you are doing harm to a total stranger (her husband) who, most likely, has never done a thing to hurt you. Second, the potential drama arising from a situation like the one you describe is vast and terrifying. I can imagine anything from a hellish working environment to homocide. Third, guys in their 40s who date women young enough to be their daughters don't look studly, they look pathetic. Take a walk down any beach resort in Thailand and see all the sweaty, balding, beer-gutted 40 to 50 someting with young girls on ther arms. Pathetic.

These "should I have an affair" questions are getting old. If she belongs to someone else then leave it alone

Yes. You become instantly unattractive to me if you are willing to stray from a marriage...or even a relationship...

No integrity = worthless.

You wouldn't care!

While I agree with the sentiments of the others... this is a relationship message board and most of the responses you are going to get are intended to emphasize doing the "right thing".

In the real world though, in your "hypothetical" scenario... there's about a 90% chance that he would want to throw her on the desk and tear that ass up right then and there. Just being honest.

I'll be the evil (but practical) guy:

First big question: Is the guy married or in a committed relationship? If yes, leave him alone.

If not, he is not going to respond to anything more subtle than "I want you inside me." Even then, he might not be interested. You are off-limits both because you are married and his employee. For me, frankly, the employee part would make me hesitate more than the married part.

Assuming he's single and you want to pursue this, ask him out for a drink (just the two of you) and after he's has a couple, start running your hand inside his thigh and give him a little nuzzle on the ear. He is absolutely not going to make the first move. And even if you do, be prepared for him to say 'no thanks'. Guys in their 40s (like me) are not ruled by their gonads, and will turn down the hottest chick on the planet if it messes up his life.

But if you end up screwing his brains out, tell him to send me a 'thank you' note.

Your sexual wants are not something you pester your coworkers with. Just because you find her appealing doesn't mean she comes to work everyday to attend to your fantasy. She isn't married just to cause your fantasy complications for pete's sake!

Find a single woman to slobber over. Better if it is one you don't work with.
