Jersey Shortie Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Other then the fact that the guy goes for the hot blond first and gets rejected, then the nerdy girl who is clearly his second choice.... the big loving cat eyes and the little guy crying did make me sad. That also happens to women you know.
homersheineken Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 That cartoon shows the problem right away. He's scared and timid to approach the first girl. No wonder she rejects him.
CarrieT Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Oh, Beta - you are starting all this up again? More of that poor, poor Betas can't get the girl because we are Betas and pathetic attitude? Are we about to be subjected to a whole other round of Poor Pathetic BetaMe threads again? Let me guess -- this thread you started in January about expanding your horizons never produced any outings, did it? http://www.loveshack.org/forums/t218212/ You don't even follow through with meager attempts to fix your situation and yet expect us to continue filling your sorrow bucket with empathy?
Woggle Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Very true. The nerdy girls and the so called nice ones want the scumbags as well. Inside they are just as bad as the hot model looking types actually.
TaraMaiden Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 This cartoon is the lifestory of all betamales Spot the typo... It should read: This cartoon is the lifestory of all BITTERmales
bayouboi Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I donno if anyone else noticed but if you look at the frames closely, you will discover that the girls he's approaching are already holding "hands" with the guys they are with. Maybe this betamale should try approaching unattached females? o_O

boogieboy Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 WHO CARES About the lives of betas? enough already.

No, I love my cats, and my cats love me. He was looking for love/acceptance in the wrong place, and he discovered it when he found the cat.
MrNate Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 http://i.imgur.com/3Lz7p.jpg This cartoon speaks to me. And not in a good way. There's two things that bother me: 1. why does the guy have no hair? That tells me the guy has no identity, and he's not being genuine. Who wants someone that is bland with no sense of self? 2. He's giving his heart away. Why? Do those women deserve it? A man should never give his heart away. Give it to your girlfriend/wife. Even then, stay full of emotional fortitude. I feel like, if the guy had hair ( a sense of self, an identity), and put his heart back inside him, women would flock to him.

Many men, and some women, lose their hair. It didn't put the cat off, the cat liked him regardless of having no hair. That's the point. He was looking for acceptance in the wrong place.

But to respond to what you said, these beta males eventually learn to look for love in the right places, correct?

Could have alopecia totalis or univeralis or whateer it's called. people with that cannot even grow eyelashes.. And yes, betas can find love by just opening their homes up to pets. My cats love me, despite me being a betamanlet. It doesn't matter to them.

Engadget Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 I still don't fully understand what a "beta man" is. I mean I understand it must be secondary to the alpha, but I don't get why you're identifying with it. Oh and cats are awesome. Screw the stereotype that manly men need dogs only.
Skump Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 The world must be one giant paradox for "beta males." I mean, LOOK at all the people in the world. Lots of people had to f*ck to produce, er, all of these people. This means that somehow, vast, vast numbers of short, uninteresting men managed to have sex with a woman, and probably more than once. This plain fact must be truly astonishing to "beta males." It flies directly in the face of their axiom that women only want 6'+, high-income earning muscle men, and will seal up their vaginas tighter than Fort Knox until those criteria obtain in a willing sexual partner.
Woggle Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 It appears that the only unattached female he's given his heart to, is the cat! Maybe it's a male cat.

We all know it is about them not getting the hot girls. Lots of less than stellar looks people are bumping uglies all the time. These guys just dont want to settle for someone like them They feel they deserve the supermodel.

Everyone wants to have the best.
faf Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 I guessed wrong. I figured he'd end up playing World of Warcraft.
